Yashasvi Jaiswal to switch from Mumbai to Goa
Mumbai opener Yashasvi Jaiswal emailed the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) on Tuesday, requesting a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to switch his state team from Mumbai to Goa for the upcoming season. An MCA source confirmed, “He has requested a NOC and stated that his move to Goa is personal.” People close to Jaiswal told The Indian Express that he plans to relocate from Mumbai to Goa.
At 23, Jaiswal’s move holds significance, especially since Goa recently advanced to the knockout stage. He follows the path of players like Siddhesh Lad and Arjun Tendulkar, who also played for Goa in the past.
