The whole Lucknow Super Giants squad and player list for the 2024 Indian Premier League
The Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) purchased M Siddharth and Shivam Mavi for around Rs 9 crore during the IPL 2024 auction, making a large investment in Indian bowlers. Along with two uncapped Indian all-rounders, they also bought Australia’s Ashton Turner and England’s David Willey. Additionally, the team added two Indian all-rounders without caps.
The Lucknow Super Giants made an investment in Indian bowlers by bidding over Rs 9 crore for a young spinner and pacer in the Dubai-hosted IPL 2024 auction. By paying Rs 6.4 crore for Shivam Mavi and Rs 2.4 crore for untapped spinner M Siddharth, LSG made a bankrupt acquisition.
Australian Ashton Turner was purchased by LSG for Rs 1 crore, and England all-rounder David Willey was purchased for Rs 2 crore among the foreign players.
The Indian all-rounders, led by KL Rahul, will be purchased by LSG.
The Lucknow team will play the Rajasthan Royals away in Jaipur to start their IPL 2024 campaign.
