IPL 2024 match today, SRH vs RCB: Check head-to-head record
The 41st Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 match between the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) is scheduled to take place at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Hyderabad on Thursday, April 25. With Pat Cummins at the helm, SRH is coming off a crushing 67-run victory over Delhi Capitals, while Faf du Plessis’ RCB is fresh off their seventh loss of the year, a devastating 1-run loss to Kolkata Knight Riders.
The batting performance of SRH has been excellent; Travis Head’s 89 off 32 balls versus DC is a great example. This season, the club has scored 250 or more three times; their greatest total, 287, came against RCB in the rematch in Bengaluru.
On the other side, RCB failed to control the batting formations of the opposition and let up 222 against KKR. Notwithstanding their difficulties, RCB can find some solace in their ability to chase down big totals this season, like as in their home match against SRH, where they struck 262 to offset the Hyderabad-based team’s 287. But the team from Bengaluru will have to prepare for yet another difficult batting display in Hyderabad.

With 13 victories over RCB in their prior meetings, SRH has the advantage. RCB has won 10 of these ties, with 1 match ending in a draw. The two teams have tied three times in their previous six meetings. After eight meetings between the two teams at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Sunrisers Hyderabad has prevailed over Royal Challengers Bengaluru, who have only triumphed twice when visiting Hyderabad.
