In spite of India’s advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), blockchain technology, Internet of Things (IoT), robotic process automation (RPA), edge computing, and quantum computing with key tools like Python, R, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, only 2.5% of the nation’s engineers are skilled in AI, and only 5.5% are qualified with basic programming skills, according to a study done by staffing company TeamLease Digital.
