

The South Korean pre-order record for the new Galaxy S25 is broken.
New Delhi/Seoul: Samsung Electronics announced on Tuesday that the pre-order sales of its new Galaxy S25
Handsets in South Korea had reached 1.3 million units, setting a new presale record for its flagship S series smartphones.
According to the firm, pre-orders for the Galaxy series, which was released on January 22, totaled 1.3 million units from January 24 to February 3,
Surpassing the 1.21 million units set by its predecessor, according to Yonhap news agency.
With 52% of all preorders, the most expensive S25 Ultra model was the most popular. The Galaxy and S25 Plus came in second and third, respectively, with 26% and 22% of all preorders.
Samsung Electronics fixed the Galaxy S25 series’ costs at the same level as its predecessor,
But the new Galaxy series boasts more sophisticated on-device artificial intelligence (AI) with multimodal capabilities and personalized support features.

Customers who placed preorders for the company’s top Galaxy S25 series smartphones in India are now receiving early deliveries of the gadgets.
On January 23, Samsung began taking pre-orders for the Galaxy series. The Galaxy S25 12GB/256GB model starts at Rs 80,999, while the Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy Ultra have beginning prices of Rs 99,999 and Rs 129,999, respectively.

Pre-order bonuses worth Rs 21,000 will be given to customers who pre-order the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
