TCS Q3 Results 2025 Date
TCS’s board will meet on Thursday, January 9, 2024, to approve the financial statement for the three-month period ending December 31, 2024 (also known as the third quarter or Q3 FY2025), the company said in an exchange filing. A proposal to declare an interim dividend for shareholders will also be considered by the board.

TCS Dividend Record Date
The record date for figuring out whether stockholders are eligible to participate in the corporate action has been set by TCS. According to TCS, the record date for dividend payments will be January 17. “The third interim dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, January 17, 2025 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose,” stated TCS in a filing with the exchange.
TCS Dividend History
One company that pays out a lot of dividends is TCS. At the current market price of Rs 4,028 (as of January 7), TCS’s dividend yield is 1.41 percent. The BSE website states that TCS distributed Rs 75 in dividends five times in 2024. TCS paid out dividends of Rs 117 and Rs 45 to its investors in 2023 and 2022, respectively. Based on market capitalization, TCS is the second-biggest firm in India. TCS is worth 14.5 lakh crore rupees.
